El servicio sabe encontrar quejas y reclamos de usuarios del distrito. Esos requerimientos, presentados ante la municipalidad, dio pie a trav\u00e9s de la direcci\u00f3n de Mesa de Entradas y Transporte, a gestiones con Ruta Bus.
