A partir de ahora, los municipios deber\u00e1n justificar con datos y estad\u00edsticas que la instalaci\u00f3n responde a un problema real de seguridad vial.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">La normativa establece que las jurisdicciones tendr\u00e1n que presentar informes t\u00e9cnicos sobre la siniestralidad del tramo, antecedentes de accidentes y caracter\u00edsticas de la infraestructura.<strong> El objetivo es garantizar que los controles de velocidad sean una herramienta de prevenci\u00f3n y no un mecanismo de recaudaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Adem\u00e1s, el tr\u00e1mite exigir\u00e1 una planimetr\u00eda detallada de la zona, se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n adecuada y la intervenci\u00f3n de distintos organismos nacionales que evaluar\u00e1n la viabilidad t\u00e9cnica antes de autorizar cada cinem\u00f3metro.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\"><span class=\"html-span xexx8yu xyri2b x18d9i69 x1c1uobl x1hl2dhg x16tdsg8 x1vvkbs x3nfvp2 x1j61x8r x1fcty0u xdj266r xat24cr xm2jcoa x1mpyi22 xxymvpz xlup9mm x1kky2od\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"xz74otr x15mokao x1ga7v0g x16uus16 xbiv7yw\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/ta\/1\/16\/2696.png\" alt=\"\u2696\ufe0f\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/><\/span> El nuevo reglamento tambi\u00e9n <strong>proh\u00edbe que empresas privadas administren el control o el juzgamiento de las infracciones<\/strong>.
