{"id":5498,"date":"2020-07-06T21:34:30","date_gmt":"2020-07-07T00:34:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/revistaepocadigital.com.ar\/?p=5498"},"modified":"2020-07-08T21:38:54","modified_gmt":"2020-07-09T00:38:54","slug":"la-ley-micaela","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/revistaepocadigital.com.ar\/?p=5498","title":{"rendered":"LA \u201cLEY MICAELA\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>CAPACITAN A CONCEJALES Y PERSONAL MUNICIPAL.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Personal Derechos Humanos y del \u00e1rea G\u00e9nero, Ni\u00f1ez y Familia del municipio de Exaltaci\u00f3n de la Cruz y concejales de distintos bloques, participaron de una capacitaci\u00f3n relacionada con la denominada \u201cLey Micaela\u201d, llevada a cabo v\u00eda zoom.<\/p>\n<p>La actividad, dividida en cuatro jornadas, fue coordinada por <strong>N\u00e9stor Garc\u00eda (pap\u00e1 de Micaela)<\/strong>, responsable de la direcci\u00f3n de Formaci\u00f3n y Capacitaci\u00f3n, con el apoyo de la Unidad de Formaci\u00f3n, <span class=\"text_exposed_show\">Investigaci\u00f3n y Pol\u00edticas Culturales del ministerio de las Mujeres, Pol\u00edticas de G\u00e9nero y Diversidad Sexual.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"text_exposed_show\">\n<p>Aprobada en 2018, la Ley Micaela, es una norma que establece la capacitaci\u00f3n del personal del Estado en temas de g\u00e9nero y violencia contra las mujeres.
